Part of the TEAMS legionella solution is our online log book facility. This portal is branded as yourselves and allows your clients to log in, view and interact with the data collected from site and generated via the TEAMS office system.

- Dashboard view risks identified at sites broken down into interactive, click-able risk bandings presented in graph form.

- Storage of PDF documents generated within TEAMS as well as 3rd party documents uploaded to the system

Detailed breakdown of a site including;

- A summary of jobs down at a site.

- Banded risks identified at the site with ability to mark items as complete with date, person, comments etc

- Outlet temperature monitoring;

Facility for viewing temperatures taken from outlets.

- Plotted temperatures on graphs showing trends over time between safe thresholds and out of spec temperatures

- Ability to schedule outlets for new temperature taking to form schedule with email alerts

- Ability for portal users (as well as staff) to add new temperatures directly through the web portal, recording where, when, and who.

TEAMS Legionella risk assessments are only the start of the process. Asset information, outlets, temperatures and risks are all safety stored within TEAMS upon approval. This data then begins to form part of the larger, online experience for end users.

Once established, outlets within a site become live elements allowing data can be added regularly to allow site staff as well as managing agents to keep a close on temperatures and ensure they stay within specification.

These temperatures can be added directly through the web portal system by end users, or via a structure and routine monitoring programme performed by the consultancies using their TEAMS tablets.

This facility has been added to TEAMS Legionella to allow for risk assessors and end users to schedule in the temperature taking for outlets within water monitoring programmes.

This is alongside the existing facilities within TEAMS Legionella for flushing of low use or infrequently used outlets.

When it comes to recording new temperatures for outlets, this information can be recorded in two ways. The system allows for either updating single outlets as and when needed, or downloading of a full list of all outlets that are due to be updated on a given site. This will produce a spreadsheet with fields to enter the new temperatures. Once the spreadsheet has been filled in, this can be imported into TEAMS to update all of the outlets in one go.
