Compliance overview

This screen gives Premium users of the web portal a new style 'Welcome' page when they log onto the portal.

Specifically crafted graphs pull together key information from around the portal to provide a high level viewing panel for clients concerned with managing risk and compliance.

Your client's logo can also be uploaded and placed on this page to personalise the experience further.

Assets by risk

This provides a complete snap shot of all sites in a client’s portfolio sortable by risk.

Included are 'quick links' to the latest survey report for each individual site, latest bulk sample reports, links to the interactive survey views, as well as access to any additional 3rd party site documents stored on the portal.

Colour banding is also provided here and is designed to provide 'at-a-glance' visual indication of the latest findings at the site.

Reporting on large scale project work is automatic within TEAMS and this information is extended out to the portal allowing your clients to monitor your progress as work is carried out.

As work moves through TEAMS, from scheduling to onsite work, from analysis through to final approval, a 'status' is updated automatically against each site letting your clients see immediately at what stage in the process each individual site is currently at.

This information provides the building blocks for further custom reporting including KPI scoring and further works planning.

Online access to survey reports and air test certificates is a useful facility, but only goes so far when specific information from within the report is required. The TEAMS web portal addresses this client need by offering interactive options and tools alongside the standard static reports.

Opening the survey reports in interactive mode exposes the live information from within the report in an expandable hierarchy.

Specific portal user rights grant the person logged into the web portal the ability to manage and update their own priority risk assessment for asbestos items identified within their buildings and sites.

Where room usage or function changes over time, this facility gives your client the ability to manage their risk by keeping up to date records.

Items which have been removed or encapsulated since the last survey can also be updated by your client using this facility.

As adjustments are made, the risk scores and ratings are automatically updated to give an up to date representation of the item, room and building in question.

For organisations that offer training courses to their clients, the portal features a built-in training record facility for portal users to 'record and store' their achievements.

Any courses offered by the consultancy can be made visible here for portal users to store the records against. Each training record maintains a history of past achievements and can also have an optional expiry date to remind users when their achievement needs to be renewed or refreshed.

Along with appointments integration, the TEAMS portal also offers online quote and invoice access for customers and clients. As soon as a quote or invoice is produced within the office, it is automatically available through the web portal to the client.
