Staff Authorisation
Keep on top of staff authorisation with our new matrix. Making sure site staff are authorised for the work being booked in is a major factor for accreditation and with our new Staff Authorisation matrix maintaining and updating these is quicker than ever before. With ties into appointment bookings and an overview widget you won't lose track of staff authorisations ever again.
The Matrix:
We've started by stripping back the authorisation levels to a set of base grouping levels and combined these with the most common property types to create an intuitive authorisation system for booking. The matrix is split by specific report types, has sub dividers for the property types and users have the ability to group survey types into the base authorisation levels and property types in line with their internal company structure. With clear icons to demonstrate expired, nearing expiry and authorised at a glance you are able to see who and what needs actioning to prevent delays with bookings.
Appointment tie-in:
When it comes to appointments there is a handy widget listing expired employees and upcoming expirations so you can get ahead with authorisations before they become an issue. Once you get to booking the appointments the employee list has been enhanced to provide separate authorised employees and unauthorised employees list, these intuitive lists will refresh and update based on the report type and property type selected.
