Ben Grave

My name is Ben and I'm the Commercial Director.

I have been involved in the creation and growth of several businesses over the last 20 years across a range of business sectors, including bathroom design, automotive, financial services and IT.

I love making things work better and finding solutions that help businesses run more efficiently. I’ve also been involved in non-profit projects, including launching a Job Club to support people who find themselves out of work. According to the Buzz Quiz personality test, I’m an Enthusiastic Clownfish – energetic, creative and busy, often finding new and clever ways to do things, preferring variety and action to peace and quiet. I guess that’s accurate.

I am married to Becky, and we have 3 lively children – Lydia, Rupert and Elodie (all under 6!), so, my spare time is mostly spent as a Children’s Entertainer… So, it’s a good job I’m a Clownfish!
