Recording Assets
The TEAMS system categorises assets into specific types, such as Cold Water Storage tanks, Calorifiers, and Instantaneous Water Heaters, and poses pre-defined, customisable questions when a given type of asset is identified onsite.
The TEAMS Risk Assessment module provides a comprehensive set of automated questions for each asset type, which can be customised to align with your consultancy's existing question bank.
Depending on the given response to the question, a risk is triggered and associated with the asset, along with its location, reference number, and photographic evidence.
Risks are built up during the assessment of the asset and are fully customisable throughout.
Photo-capture is also included at both asset and asset-risk levels where appropriate.
