Exporting Data

The TEAMS system offers a standardised approach for surveyors and consultancies to collect data through TEAMS, and then produce customised exports suitable for import into third-party systems.

The conversion and manipulation of data can range from simple calculations to complex field mapping and lookups to modify the data based on the desired output. TEAMS allows for configuring client-specific data collection in the field through easy-to-use management screens that set up phrases and export values.

TEAMS can export data into various file formats such as PDF, MS Excel, CSV, FTP, XML, and ZIP, including subfolders. The system can create standard exports for commercial property management systems, as well as bespoke exports tailored to specific user requirements.
